I cant unlock this card... need answer

I just bought born of flame deck and chain reaction is still locked. Tried playing a campaign match to unlock it. Still locked... Whats going on?

Hello there, "Chain Reaction" is part of a promotional card pack. There are 10 promotional packs and each give you a holo-foil card for each of the original 10 decks. You can tell they're a promotional card because they have a shooting star as their rarity icon and on the holo itself. What you want to do is start the game, go to "Player Status", and under your avatar choices you want to click on MAGIC THE GATHERING: Promotional Cards, it's a big picture so you can't miss it. Then at the top there are two directional arrows, click once to go right, and you will see a code at the top. At the bottom of the page you will also see an icon "Enter Code", click on that icon and enter the code you see at the top (you don't need to write these codes down, they are still visible after you click on "Enter Code"). Now, repeat this for all TEN promotional codes/pages (there's a different code on each page), one of those codes will have your cards, but you will get all ten promotional cards for each of the ten decks. I thought i did this seeing I unlocked the 10 cards per dec (except born of flame chain reaction card). This is the only card I cant seem to unlock. I will try and reenter the codes.
