Do card unlocks stay unlocked now?

I read some people had problems where their unlocked cards, that at some time the cards would loose their unlocked status and become locked again?

Does buying the complete package solve this problem if it still exists?

Cards stay unlocked. But no change has been implemented since the game was released. The main issue is that some people lose their unlocks after playing for a long time because of cloud sync issues. The easiest way to prevent this from happening is to disable cloud saves.

Buying the complete package won't change anything, but disabling cloud saves will.
