Crashes After Main Menu

So I start to play Section 8:Prejudice, and I get to creating an offline game, then it immidiately crashes and says "Section 8: Prejudice.exe has stopped working." A fix for this would be much appriciated =)

I get the same thing too. The game is more than compatible with my specs and whats worse it worked for countless hours nonstop for several weeks after i purchased it and started playing then one day it just stops workin cold turkey and hasn't been working flawlessly ever since. According to some sources they did a study and found it to be a problem with steam causing the issue but not only that its some trojan or virus in steam that is harmless to your computer but harmful or even destructive towards games or any game connected to it. It hasn't been resolved for years even since its birth so when steam will come around and fix this issue is unknown but they have claimed according to emails people have posted from them they have no intention of fixing it and its always the game companie's and developer's fault not theirs. Weird crap I say.
