Burnt Hero Yuusha Achievement? (potential spoilers)

So far I've tried to finish a battle with all characters burned and at 1 HP (burn won't kill you), tried walking through lava while at 1 HP, tried losing a fight while in lava, had everyone burned and ran, etc... Anyone know what the conditions for this achievement are?...

Best way to get IRM Achievement

To get Irresponsible Resource Management, I need to use Prism Pulse while suffering from MP Lock and Amplify. Anyone know where the best place to get it is?
