Trying to start game on Mac OS X, crashes instantly

Hi, I recently got a MacBook Pro Retina (late 2013, 13", 2.8 GHz i7, 8GB Ram) and I installed Steel Storm: Burning Retribution but every time I try to run it, it crashes instantly.

There's this really long code that pops up in the error box.

I am not enrolled in any beta's for this game, and I tried validating the files several times (each time it says 14 files need to be reacquired and it downloads something, but it never works.)

Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

What OSX version? The game is old and newer OSX isn't supported (nor will even be at this point, unfotunately).

If you know how to compile code, you could probably compile engine from the source yourself. I don't have OSX here, that's one of the main reasons OSX is no longer supported (probably need to ask Valve to hide OSX related stuff from the storefront)
