Cant activate dark crusade in soulstorm

soulstorm will not recogonize DC. Steam will not redeem a key for either for some reason. I have all the games and soulstorm only has problems with DC. Anyone know what to do?

SEGA ♥♥♥♥♥♥ everyone over with a lack of keys and so far hasn't helped anyone. all you can do is wait or grab a refund if possible.

not everyone.mine works just fine.i highly dislike sega though,and the likelihood of them helping anyone is extremely remote,at best.

OP,did you buy the game on steam?or are you using an actual cd?this problem seems to happen alot for people that own physical copies of the game.

I bought everything on steam. My friend's still works too. but plenty of us got screwed

hmm...next time you try to play with your friend,see if both of you have the same version.same thing happened with a friend of mine.we both got it on steam,but his version was really old,for some odd reason

not for my friend,it seams.its weird cuz ive never had that issue.have had issues with other things though,so you never know.
