Will the new features of the XBLA version patched in PC?

A.R.E.S. Extinction Agenda EX Features

Receiving Console Transmission – A.R.E.S. Extinction Agenda EX has been refitted with new console friendly designs, including a new UI, control scheme, and leaderboards.

Upgrade Complete – Armed with new weapons, abilities, and even a new playable character, humanity’s secret weapon has never been stronger.

Obstruction Eminent – Ares isn’t the only one with new tricks; new enemies and bosses have also joined the fray.

Uncharted Sectors – With readjusted maps and completely new levels, there are an abundance of areas to explore for new and returning robots alike.

Visuals Updated – New high resolution textures as well as brand new animated cut scenes.
Audio Enhanced – A.R.E.S. Extinction Agenda EX comes complete with the original soundtrack by Hyperduck Soundworks. Also now boasting a completely new soundtrack for the second campaign from Heavy Metal master Charlie Parra Del Riego, a perfect fit for Taurus the heavy metal Tanker.

Ironic that I just got around to playing this half finished game, and now the finished product is Xbox exclusive...

I was just going through my library and was going to load this up until I read this. Maybe I'll wait and see if they ever update it to match the console enhancements.

I was about to play this before reading there's going to be new features.

So, I'll wait now.

I really hope they do bring the update to PC. I mean, how many times do people have to buy the same game with enhancements? If you bought the game, all future enhancements should be given to consumers who have supportered the game.

Otherwise, it's very frustrating and behaviour like this sends a negative message to those who support developers! Look after your playing group, and we'll continue to support.

EDIT: Just thought I would share this -

"Extend's Nenin Ananbanchachai [has said] he is not sure if the PC version will get the EX update. However, "the sequel of A.R.E.S. will be another game, not the EX," he shared."

So, there's some possibility. Let's hope so!

Typical of the elitest master console known as xbox 360 gets a newer updated version and the pc does not I could go on about the 360 but That would be digressive we are here to talk about A.R.E.S not the xbox 360 anyway.Thay also pulled this type of bafonery with Terraria until enough people complained about it I do hope pc gets EX I love Ares.It reminds me of an old favorate of mine before capcom threw it to the dogs so to speak megaman.

Since I beat the game a year ago I thought I'd just be idling now for cards - good to know I'll be playing it for the new content instead!

Is the original campaign changed, or is most of the new stuff in the new campaign?

Have you seen some of the Xbox 360 games from Japanese developers quickly going to Sony's hardware or getting better treatment on their systems? Aksys pretty much gave the middle finger to Xbox 360 BlazBlue fans with BlazBlue: Chronophantasma being exclusive to PS3, a series that was already multi-platform for both PS3 and 360 (and in Calamity Trigger's case, PC), mind you; Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds, a game that debuted on XBLA, is getting an enhanced port on PS Vita and PS4 while Xbox 360 and (I doubt it would happen) Xboned gets left out in the dirt. Zone of the Enders HD Collection got a patch to fix the frame-rate issues on the PS3's version of Z.O.E 2nd Runner but not on the Xbox 360 (from what I heard, the 360 version wasn't as bad, but what the ♥♥♥♥, Konami, everybody deserves Jehuty in sexy frames per second).

Hmmm what was that sorry I dident PAY attention maybe next time I should and we will be GOLDEN ....well jokes aside ps3s not such a box of wonders ether the ps3 version of skyrim, is far buggier then 360 and the dlc gets released sooner on xbox by a week or so sometimes (in skyrim,s case) we got to wait even longer for the dlc on ps3 however it is obvious what microsoft, does with some of that gold money they get thats probably why xbox gets there dlc sooner.Anyway look at the way most People that play xbox treat the xbox they treat it like a elitest master console or a god console like its the best and nothing else can compare then again thats most likely why some people like to call some people box fanboy or ps3 fanboy.Well time I bring my post to a close I never knew about that Japanese developer thing thanks for the info I like learning new things all and all its what you like that matters and to keep my post on topic A.R.E.S ROCKS !!!! woooo.

Hi Neninx10, are there any plans to bring the enhanced features of EX to PC?
