the game just freezes every time i open it. i have made it win 7 compatibility mode as well. still same exact issue. just freezes

I am a veteran player that has reincarnated several times and I have some suggestion about the game. 1. As the last patch mentioned, killing players committed crime now also count as committing crime. I don't agree on this one. Imagine you or your friend being attacked by others, all we can do is to give the attacker a punch then run away. If you knock him down instead, you will be in a "medium crime" state which the "medium crime" will take away all stats you gained from reincarnation. Which can lead you...
