issue with hacking screen

Hi, i just bought this game and i have a big issue with the hacking console. Whenever I open it, then I can't find any way to close it and continue playing. There is no X button to click, and ESC doesn't works either... I've tryed all the keys and nothing... is there something wrong or it is that i have to do something else?
The only way I've been able to exit is being hacked, so I can't go any further from the first door...
What can I do?

Also, if I move the mouse towards the edges of this console, the cursor turns into a double headed arrow and it lets me change the window's size, but doing so makes everything in the console to disappear... i gues it's just a bug.

no one can help? could it be due to some setting of the gaphics?

Sounds like a graphic problem. Have you tried (also) changing your resolution just to see if it will appear? You might also try and updating your graphics drivers

i'm using 1280x1024, but i have also tried lower resolutions... and the drivers are updated.
its wierd, because the cross to exit a window does appears on other windows (such as the one when starting) should it be the same kind of cross?

fixed, i just reinstalled it. I don't know if it is possible, but it seems as if some files were missing, because i've just noticed that there were many icons missing too.

It's very possible. In the future you need only go to your library - click properties - local files - verify. That'll automatically download any missing files.
