You could speak no english and we could work together efficiently, Not joking, I've played with a russian once in Arma 2, Neither of us could communicate verbally but we worked together perfectly.

Of course we could. But my aim is to speak with people, because I still have troubles with expressing my thoughts. Even now I use google translate which helps pretty well.
