controller use
I know that it is only somewhat controller usable...but why is there no way to use the controller without using the keybord at the same time. Seems a bit ridiculous I have to hit enter on my keyboard to pick up things and interact with objects. Makes it very friggin difficult to use a controller and play it on my tv.

I'm wondering the same thing. I really want to play this game. I just don't care for playing anything with the keyboard and mouse. The ONLY types I can really deal with there are FPS so it's gonna get played regardless. But, still. I share your sentiments.

What ho, I bought this game about an hour ago and found the controller support is shocking so put a profile up on pinnacle. I'm sure any gamepad emulator thingy would work, but that happens to be the one I use. The confounded thing is that the inbuilt gamepad options override some buttons, even if you turn the pad off in game or in the console, leading to button conflicts. However I managed to find a solution. Go into Program files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/eye/eye/cfg (common may be a user name for some and program files not x86, but you get the idea) and remove the undo360controller file. Removing the actual 360controller file doesn't seem to help, but if you open it in notepad and delete everything inside of it then save, it removes any issue. Please do not enable gamepad in the game's menu as this may undo all your hard work. Enjoy! I expect steam may try to replace these files if set to auto update, so you may have to keep an eye on this.

Hardly played it, but the blade runner type music has already made this a major win.

Hope this helps,
Bobfish

...if one is to imagine the "perfect sword" that can cut and swing with no resistance, a sword that is an extension of the mind and heart of the warrior who wields it and not a dead weight of steel, then it becomes clear that the sword is of little consequence compared to the will of the strategist. those who would master the way must come to understand this: a sword is a tool whose purpose is to cut. each day the strategist must practice this until it is not practice, but a part of their spirit. the strategist knows that every sword they wield is perfect, for their will is perfect, and it is through their will alone that they win battles...
