firstly i am going to say that your comment/rage is a little muddled so im not sure entiraly what you are meaning but i can have a guess.
if you are wanting to reconfigure sanctum to that it can work left handed. ( right mouce to shoot and arrow keys to move) then all you need to do if go to:
Options => Key Bindings
and then change it from here. im also sure that you could also calibrate it for controlers on the same menu as long as your controler is connected before you start the game.
hope this helps :P
You're gonna have to find the game's .ini files to directly change it there. These are located in your \Documents\My Games\Sanctum\SanctumGame\Config folder.
Once there, you wanna open up the "SanctumSanctumPlayerInput.ini" and go all the way down to the section which is called "Sanctum.SanctumPlayerInput". You will find lots bindings there of all currently used keys including those of other controllers than the keyboard.

To find all the proper names for the keys you wanna use, search through this page here:
UDK KeyBinds [udn.epicgames.com]
I hope this will help anyone. Cheers!
