I no longer see "coming soon" written on the Steam page, can you tell me if the game will be cancelled?

Im scared that this game gets cancelled, i really want to expirience this afther the masterpiece of the first game, i related so bad to the first game.

No communications from the developers, no mention of any update, nothing. I think it's just vaporware at this point - A game that won't ever exist, much like Half Life 3. And that saddens me.
