so ive just installed the sikkmod, i hope correctly , put the file in the base file D3 but
i dont see any changes plus the graphics look more or less the same. any suggestions?

oh yeah it doesnt appear in the mods menu

put the file called sikkmod at doom root directory, not inside any other directory (make sure you using the correct directory of sikkmod, the 2. one usually)
after unpack there is an unnecessary directory in directory, and mod doesnt work that way

looks like crap for me, hits my fps hard

check your ingame options and sikkmod options as well (disable vsync)
disable dof, soft shadow, ssao shadow, after this you should have 60 fps easily
these features are buggy anyway its not a problem if you dont have it
if you still have problems your pc is weak or need driver updates
