English Version Glitch help!

Hello, I'm not sure if anybody is having trouble with this, but I somehow always get stuck at the gang place Loading Error: Failed to load:img/faces/%E5%8F%8D%E6%B4%BE2.png and this isn't the first time that has happened. I played it yesterday and the same thing happened. Please, would you help me and have any ideas how to go get through this glitch? Thank you!...
