If you haven't tried Urban Explorer Golf yet, this is your chance! UEG will be on sale for a whole week starting July 15th with a whopping 75% discount!

On a personal note: I worked really hard on that game and I would love to have more people playing it, because even now that it is the game's first birthday (Release was about one year ago), I think it is still worth a try.

Hey there!
You might have seen that Urban Explorer Golf is now available for a lower price. Although I still believe it is worth the price I had set at the beginning, sales and the non-existent feedback speaks another language.

So here we are at a lower price now, but still the same cool game. Please give it a try and if you have any feedback, problems or ideas for future content, use the steam forum or write me directly (steam@dievolution.com or @dievo on twitter).

I tried to have the new DIEVOLUTION website ready when the price got changed, but steam was a bit too fast, so expect the brand new DIEVOLUTION Software website with a new blog and much more information later this weekend.

After Launch, Gray Market Keys and Press Requests

Hey everyone,
now that the launch day(s) are over, it is time for an update:

Launch

First, thanks to everyone who bought the game, you are awesome! If you want to, please write a review for the game, we are missing a few :-)

I think you all are aware that the launch did not work well. I hoped there would be more traffic from the steam ecosystem and also more press/youtube/twitch coverage. Creating games is hard, but marketing games without a budget is almost impossible.

Gray Market Keys

I've noticed that keys for Urban Explorer Golf are available for a low price on the gray market key seller sites. If you want to support me, the developer, don't buy them there. These are keys that should be for press coverage, not for sale. If you have bought a key there, please send me a mail (don't worry you can keep the game)

Press Requests

Because of the gray market issues, I've decided to only give out keys to press/youtubers and twitch streamers that either don't use a gmail email address or can prove that they are the press outlet/youtuber/streamer they claim they are.

Future

I will provide patches for Urban Explorer Golf as needed, and I will continue making games. However, the next game will be completely different, I will try to build a community while developing the game and it somehow has to be financially solid during development.

Please only use this forum if you have technical issues with the game. This is my first game release, so please be kind, I'll try to help you as quick as I can. Open a new thread with your problem and I'll will provide a solution. You don't need to read through the forum, I'll be happy to answer a question multiple times :-) If there are questions that come up all the time, I will add a technical FAQ.
