Controller Problems

I'm using the logitech cordless rumblepad, with the logitech profiler. The controller kind of works... but I can't reconfigure any buttons on the controller in coordination with the profile... When I play BI pressing forward on the joystick moves me back, and pressing back moves me forward... I need to be able to reconfigure this!

I have the same problem.
I tried to reconfigure it using BioShock Infinite\Engine\Config\BaseInput.ini but without success :(

I tried multible configuration edits in the config/baseInput.ini and other files... I have had no success, i gave up... you can either play the game with an xbox remote, or mouse and keyboard...
