New civs for RFC, how to get them?

I was watching this video on You Tube, which includes new civilizations for Rhyes and Fall of Civilizations, like The Zulus:

I have the latest version of RFC, 1.187. But I can't play as for example The Zulus.
Did someone know, how the version, like the one in the video, can be acquired?
