Cavemen2cosmos some resources not showing up

The "toggle all resources display' button shows me most, but not all resources, some of which I used to be able to see before I saved and quit the game last time (copper ore in mountain).
Then there's a coconut tile which also doesn't have the coconut icon hovering over it.
And who knows how many unsees resources.
What causes this?
