Population

I can't seem to get the population to increase ( stays on one hundred ), can't build anything exept houses and decore after I use the initial 100 population points ! :(

Scrolling the map

I bought the game yesterday and almost immediately have a problem. I can't scroll the map. The instructions say to press the left mouse button and scroll using the direction keys, but that does nothing for me. I am on a recent Mac with latest updates.

Screen Resolution Settings

Please add a screen resolution option to the settings. The default opens up as notably larger than my screen; clicking buttons is a matter of waving the pointer around vaguely in the space under the title screen buttons until something lights up.
