LCD display not working
In cockpit view the dashboard LCD isn't showing any info. I tried turning it on and off in the options and with the hotkey. Game is running in 32bit. All drivers are up to date. The HUD is working fine. What can I do to fix the problem?

Chose 32 bit color in settings (run settings via steam, not icon on desktop). If this not helps then delete res files (this works with gtr2).

I found a solution for the problem. In the documents/SimBin/RACE 07 folder is a file called "config.ini". There I changed a few values and now it works.

Changed settings:

CPURATING=5
SYSTEMRAM=16384 //Set your system RAM
VIDEORAM=1024 //Set your graphics card VRAM
RUNBENCHMARKS=0 //Turn off benchmarks

Go to install directory steamapps/common/race 07. Go find config.exe, right click and set compatibility option to Windows XP SP3. Run config.exe allow permission and set your desired resolution settings again. LCD should work fine now.

lol, impressed by the answers.
I think in some cars it just dont work (speedometer, gears and revs usually works) but who looks at thoase small ones with the great placed HUD showing same info much easier to hastly throw an eye on.. (thuough i can see the wish for them to work just for the realistic feeling).

MAYBE, but just maybe if you have some graphics setting to low it may cut that function?

I already posted the solution in the second post. The issue was connected with graphics card VRAM not being recognized correctly. After manually setting the right value in the config it helped me solve the issue.
