Dear devs, any chance of Steam achievements added at a later date?

Due to a disability I have to play with a gamepad in my left hand, just for wasd and left triggers, and my mouse. This game played for the first level with no problem until you get an upgrade in Level 2, now when ever I jump or sprint the game thinks I have left clicked, and fires a gravity well, this make the game unplayable. I have tried everything I know but cannot stop this happening. The game will not let me carry on with a gamepad and mouse. I have disabled all software, xpadder, antimicro, and used...
