I've been playing Roadwar 2000 via Dos Box in a browser and the experience is less than awesome. This game looks like it will scratch the itch. Why can't I buy it on steam?

This is a cool game if you are looking for a quick Car Wars type game. Good comic books style art and ok, if not really melodramatic, story. Also, there is a decent amount of replayability in the skirmish mode, which can be played against the CPU. The gameplay itself is turn based and really has you keeping the physics of moving vehicles in mind.
