I have no idea if I'm on the right track or not. The wolf isn't helpful and most of the items I weighed on the paper have clipped inside various surfaces while I've been trying to use them with the Fox or the ring in vain attempts to figure what bizarre method of input the game expects in this puzzle. I posted a screenshot of the puzzle I'm talking about, this feels like a mess of a puzzle....
