Camera is looking upwards and spinning left all the time.

Now I think you should add a "Continue" button on the main menu. I completed the first level and quit to the main menu just to test it. And sure enough, it starts from the beginning again. There's no save here.

I'm stuck in a big room with two stairs. Where should I go?

1. There is no option to disable Motion Blur - it's not a setting that makes the game look nicer, it's making it worse. 2. Mouse sensitivity/acceleration/whatever is messed up and it's very hard to control the mouse. 3. Add more option to disable visuals. When I reached the second level, I noticed that all of my weapons are gone though my health was restored to 100, and I have to pick up a time delayed grenade for the second level.
