OMG The Flood!

This is the only mission I haven't beaten. Anyone have any tips?

What should be top priority?

Reduce emissions asap?
Increase agriculture?
One-child policies?
Relocate people? (not sure on how this works)
Tighten/relax borders?

Turn N America green and launch New Green Deal asap?

How do I track number of deaths via migration impact (or whatever it is)? I'm just playing and suddenly lose.

You can see how many have died, one for migration, and one for impact, by clicking the pie chart icon up to the right(You must not be looking at a specific region).

My first priority is to buy 25$ environmental protection in every region, and even then you might need adaptation. Refugee protection treaty(Available in North America because it's the HQ) seems to help, as well as education and New Green Deal. Reducing the temperature would be of great help, but I'm not sure how.

Every turn or so, go to the Global Overview -> Stat Telemetry button (looks like a pie chart). Under Climate Impacts click 'Refugee Deaths'. Make sure to play the red card 'Relocation Assistance' in the worst offending countries. Other than that, play a normal game keeping emissions down and getting to year 2200.

I saw you managed to get the global temp down to 0, before pre-industrial level. HOW ON EARTH???! Also, what mission format did you use for that?
