I'm having a problem where I can launch the game it goes onto Red Redemption then at the bottom right corner it says "please wait" then a complete black screen then back to desktop does anyone have a fix for this?

can you hear the music and see the logos? if so, the game is loading, it takes a while so be patient.

no it basically goes off no music no sound nothing it automatically goes of when it's loading.
