Can I play this game on windows 7?

I have no problems playing this game on Windows 7 Home Premium. And no, I do not use compatibility mode.

I have win7 "64bit" PC and I can play CZ too.
But I don't know whether I can play it on compatibility or not.
I can play it without that mode.
