zoom in...??

Hallo I have whit a accident zoom'et in, so when I go into to the start menu I can see the different bottoms to clik but very much zoom in... so i go into options the pops a window open and i can only see the middel of the window.. so i can only chouse which team symbol and which collor it should be... some one who can help me?

go to

Steam > Games > Right Click on Counter-Strike > Properties > Set launch options

enter

-w 800 -h 600

start game and change resolution and delet launch option.
