Hum i problem with size of resolution or display mode, i dont know -.-

I installed today my CZ since my computer had some problem and it gonne to the store to they fix.
Well it runned fine
i just gonne to Options->Video and changed display mode "normal" to "Widescreen"
It is now very very big, and i cant go to video options to change it back
I did uninstall all completly (even uninstalled steam) but same problem.
Well hope someone can help me
(I can open console and put commands)

And iam not banned, it just doesnt answer

You know, You can go to some web site that display some servers for Couner-Strike Condtion Zero, However you can copy and paste the ip and paste it in your "add to favorite", and here you go, You can play online you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

you need to change with regedit. But you can also use some steam command. Search it on google. Took only ~5 minutes to find it.
