Any Australian servers?

Any server i can find (with players and less than 200 latency, which is still fairly high) is either password protected or I get kicked because of reasons within one round. Are there any good servers for Australians? And most of them seem to be start with $16,000 every round. I haven't played CS for like a decade but are there any servers that still have it so you start with $800 bucks round one and all that?
