Got a new game crash issue.
For some reason, whever I launch 'The Coup' mission, it crashes. It says I exceed the limit of localize assets. Any help?

Have you tried cod4 x? Google it.

Do you have Cod4x? If so, does it say anything on the bottom right of your game in the menu?

I do not have it myself. Have always gotten game to work the old way. Plugging in a headset.

Just seems that cod4 x fixes issues.

Have you googled the error code?

Have you verified integrity of game cache?

Cod4 X only changes multiplayer stuff, and only fixes multiplayer stuff. It sadly does nothing at all for singleplayer.

Have you tried reinstalling the game yet? Make sure you backup your progress if you do so!

Figured out the issue. I have the Pezbots mod (which just adds bots for offline practice) and deleting it seemed to be the solution.

Oh my god, you're the real MVP Donut! I just tried fixing this for two hours, updated everything, reinstalled multiple times, veryfied game-cache, etc.. There were threads about this popping up on google, but with no answers and/or the creator didn't reply how he actually fixed it. I came upon this thread when I decided to use every sites search engine specifically. Who would think that but PEZBots was actually it.. thank you so much! <3
