Does this measure length and can I apply my own scale? I measure axon regeneration using ImageJ but it is flat and 2 dimensional, which means I can miss some of the length measurement for images in 3 dimension. It would be amazing if I could actually obtain data from this rather than simple tracings. I'm still very excited to use this, but please let me know what types of analysis are possible. Thank you!...
