Men of war map editor (just the plain game)

Is there a map editor for just men of war plain because all i see is red tide and assault squad and other men of war's map editors?

I believe there is only the men of war gem editor; however, there are instructions on how to create a red tide "mod" and activate it in the men of war game as a mod where thne you can edit red tide's game content.
