Sine says we are going to review the first day, but never proceeds past that point. Help?

Board computer keeps telling me I failed to deliver all packages but I actually did deliver those i chose in the morning... So I get fined quite a lot for nothing

When I select packages for the day, is that what I choose first, or do I only have to do the ones I chose? It always tells me I missed packages.

So when the end of the third day pops up the game just keeps playing behind it and the text doesn't go past the first line of dialogue. I can still interact with planets, buy things, take jobs, order a refuel. It's not really playable with only a sliver of the screen visible, though, and the only way to fix that is to alt+f4 the game and boot it up again at the start of the day....
