Save Games Backup

Is there a way to make a backup of my saved games, like I used to do in the original DOS version?

Is possible to use the steam version saves on an original version and in other way around?

Sure is! Just navigate to your xcom folder (Steam-Steamapps-Common-Xcom Ufo Defense-Xcom) and copy the saves you to backup (GAME_1 to 10). Not automated no, but it'll work if you really want to use it.

And I'd imagine so, since this is just, afaik, that game, just preconfigured to run via dosbox. Just drag and drop the saves in their correct locations, and it should work I'd imagine.
