Are the scores in the leaderboards real, or are those cheated scores? I just started the game, and can not imagine how the first leaderboarded level can be finished with such a ridiculous score, but that may just be me being inexperienced, that's why I am asking :-)...

I often like to play games that allow me to take turns in between other activities. I've been running Containment in a window so I can play while reading emails or doing homeworks. Since Containment isn't an action game, there really isn't any reason why the game needs to pause, but it will do so if I switch to another pane. Is there a way you can turn this feature off so that the virus turn can proceed while another window is active?...

I'm not sure if it is a bug, but when I get scores above the bottom of the Global scoreboard, it does not add my score into the list. I might just be misunderstanding how the scoreboard works...
