I tried to combine 2 items that has 3 pieces, and then one of them will be removed from the inventory and cannot be recovered. I got stuck because of the bug.

Ive encountered a weird bug where my combined pages for the journal actually disappeared when trying to replace them. This becomes an issue because towards the end I am currently in the captains cabin and need to enter the combination into the safe but because im missing the pages I actually cant accurately find the password. TL;DR Need the combo for the safe in the captains cabin....
