Win 7 compatibility

Does x-com apocalipse works on win7?
I still have the 2 decades old cd, but i'm not able to make it work.

I followed a guide online to make my cd version work on windows 7 64 bit using dos box. took a little fiddling, but it worked fine - after i formatted i had purchased a copy on steam, steams version seems to work just fine without having to configure dosbox yourself, totally worth it.

That's because Steam version comes with pre-configured DosBox.
Works without complications on my Win7, I may have to tweak the settings a bit though.

Purchased it,
It works really fine, sometimes ( rare) during mission loading it says "insert X-com apoclipse cd"
and you need to close it.

You will need a ddos emulator to run it

Emulator is inside steam download. It is already configurated. Just download setup and play.
