I got a new PC and I used the steam backup and restore feature and have the steam cloud sync but all of my units battles prefabs just all my saves are gone. Anyone know how to get my stuff back?

How do I get them to stay in place? One of the first Passives I made was a soldier sitting down, slowly kicking his leg back and forth. I was excited.
