Will the R18 content be released on steam as potential DLC?

Title sums it up pretty well - downloaded the Steam version of the game, got the free patch from Denpasoft, extracted the "delta" files into the game's folder and ran the patch application program, as instructed by the readme. Problem is that the actual app to start the game gets overwritten by the patch and now I can't even run it from the folder or Steam client, just getting a missing executable error when I try. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, has anyone figured out how to solve it/what...

I hate that the visual novel translation scene is so bad that I have to ask. But I am not interested in buying memelation games. I want translated titles so I can read what the Japanese games said.

Like I said, I really like the character and her route is just beatiful just don't like how she's always the center of every route. She already has a route and I want to see the other characters develop by their own ways to be honest. In Azusa's route for example, Azusa's route is almost non-existant with very few romantic scenes with her and Makoto and the ending is just... why. What do you think about it?...
