There's a lot of those lately. I don't know who these are even for. There are a million free Wolf3d mods out there already, and there are another million free Doom mods based on Wolf3d.

This however is the first Wolf3d mod I've seen, paid or otherwise, that features Gretle Grosse with her face painted black and given a yellow unibrow.
