Should i play this game (it seems great)

Hello.

I've read a lot of words explain the game is unplayed, no way to play, too long turns....
Ok...
I can accept a turn diring 5 mn..or more... but i jus want to know...
except long turns...
Is it possible to play this game ???? (i can wait..)

I ask it because i'd really want to learn this game but i don't want to waste time...if i begin a campain and nothing...not nice...
If you tell me the game won't fail (its just long turns) it's ok for me...let's learn and play !
So...please...is it a good deal with this game ?

Bonjour! Pride of Nations is hard to learn and hard to master. The trade system is arguably the best in this type of game -this is why I like it so much. But it is true that the AI turns are very long, more than most people like.

Have a look here -a developer explains the trade system (in english I am afraid).

It's ok i LOVE big strategy game that's why i asked. I understand some people are disapointed for a very long time during turns... once again..
If it's the only thing disturbing (long turn) and if the game doesn't fail, i go to play...i'm sure i will enjoy it

Ive played that game a lot. As IcXnNika said its hard to master but it is not broken. The AI calculation times will start with 1-2 minutes and will raise up to 4-7 minutes (depending on your PC) later in the game. If that is no game breaker for you go and buy that game.

Ya buddy ! Thanks a lot ! I've begun to play, but there is one default at home....when i select an unity there is not its picture in the window at the down left...I'm disapoint...
I don't really know ago games... i am learning napoleon campaingns (old game). I like concept ago with the line command, organisation of the army, it's great ! You know i've played a lot (i don't remember name's editor) ah yaeah... PARADOX i remember ! i know PARADOX a lot...
So, it's a really shame for PON i don't have these pictures of units when i click on details window....
Anyway... i will open a new subject for this problem...

I can think of Men of War Vietnam, which is older, and Vietnam '65, which came out this past March. Both are cheap (surprisingly for Vietnam '65, being a Matrix game). I haven't played either, but:

Men of War games can be difficult and I've heard Vietnam one of the weaker games in the series.

I'm not sure of the difficulty or complexity of Vietnam '65, but Tim Stone (wargame reviewer) gave it a great review on RPS.
