Everyone, Qosmio said in the comments to say how i fixed the problem, So i'll share what happened.

I was gonna use a cheat to make myself a deer. So i used in the console, "TAI", and i moved still. So somthing happened and i died. Later, I couldnt sit on a chair, or EVEN MY HORSE!

So, there, Thats what happened.

Well others had problems with being stuck in sneak mode and solved it by sitting, crafting and mining. Perhaps you can solve your problem by sneaking, mining and crafting, worth a try.

I'd take this as a lesson, don't use a command unless you're CERTAIN of it's effect. Using the console command is a dual edged sword, it can help or hurt you.

I had a problem with a glitch similar to this, but it wasn't on PC. It was on my Xbox 360, and when I was using my forge, the thingy got clipped to my characters arm but when I closed out of the forge menu, it was gone.
