Modding Heartfire style houses into Skyrim

Hey gang.

I fired up the construction set to look at Lakeveiw Manor to see if I could reverse engineer the buildable houses from Hearthfire to make my own and my head exploded.

I searched for a couple of days on Google but I've yet to find any tutorials or suchlike for making the Hearthfire style buildable houses as opposed to the regular kind. Does anyone know of such or am I going to have to try to puzzle it out piece by piece in the CS?
