Why is everyone turning into statues when i look at them?

It started when i found a secret cave in blackreach "The big cave" there i fighted medusa but after killing her i got a power that makes everyone i look at paralyzed forever! I want it gone but nothing works! I can't sell anything becouse the worker at the shop just fell down on the floor like a statue. I've tried to activate the divine of mara but it exploded and nearly killed me! Even Dragons get paralyzed and just fell from the sky and hit the ground like they are made of stone or something! Can someone tell me how to fix this becouse i only have saves from after i got the curse and im something like lvl.40 don't want to start over!

did you take anything from medusas corpse ? like a ring or clothing that may be effected by the spell ?

Sorry! I found the problem! it is a mod i installed long ago! i removed it and now the problem is gone!

Medusa's head had the power to turn anyone who looked into her face to stone... greek mythology... guess the mod did the same.
