I think I've broken Dawnguard. HALP

-------SPOILERS AHEAD---- Where to start. Ok, I've collected the (blood) Elder Scroll fron the Soul Cairn and I'm now looking for the (dragon) Scroll. I've gone to the College of Winterhold and here is where the confliction happens: I haven't completed the main story of Skyrim, because this is a new play through. So I go to ask about the (dragon) Scroll and all I get is the stuff to do with the Elder Scroll from the main story! (Paarthurax tells you to find an Elder Scroll) So basically, the option for the (dragon Scroll) isn't there. Any ideas?
