Vampire Lord question

I want to come out of the Vampire Lord now, seeing as I don't use it, and it means I can't explore during the day nor can I fight fire enemies properly. If I get rid of it (either talking to that guy who wants the soul gem, or turning into a werewolf) will I get the chance to take it again? ie, by asking Serana?
