Fixing save files

Due to some unknown reason (maybe mods, still, got rid of any that may cause the problem) I cannot buy any house, which means I cannot become Thane of any of major Holds and have common bug (from what I know) concerning Lydia. I made new save and tried thing out, and it seems to be working, so I want to know if there is a chance to fix this script manually.
