I'm aproached by cultists who called me the false Dragonborn and they attack me.
I'm carrying too much stuff to run, I'm barely damaging them and they are always burning me.

For a DLC entry event this is pretty annoying. :|

edit: Forgot to mention that I don't have any potions left.

That's wierd, what kinda mods you have installed. I've got several combat overhauls that make fighting more difficult and play in legendary and I still don't usually have trouble with those guys (though they have killed me before, but when three to four sword strikes does that it's pretty easy, + I think my combat overhauls make the standard difficulty not do anything anymore so maybe playing on legendary doesn't matter.)

I don't do mod. I'm on normal difficulty.
To escape I had to shout my way near a house and break in.
On the negative side: Turns out the owner of the house is a vampire and doesn't like any visit.
